AIT2138 Description

    The AIT2138 is a single-chip analog RGB in, multi-sync Video Signal Processor which can operate in asynchronous multi-sync modes with an external memory. The multi-sync capability makes it ideal for TV or other applications which are designed to be stand alone without any software required. The Block Diagram shows all the functions in the fully-integrated scan converter, providing complete system features for stand-alone use without an external microcontroller. The advanced Flic-Free™; digital filter technology and improved signal processing produce outstanding video quality for a clear and stable display of graphics and text.

Advanced Flic-Free™ Digital Filter Technology

    The Flic-Free™anti-flicker filter is a fully-digital adaptive flicker filter derived from AITech's experience in providing high quality scan converter modules as system peripheral products. It provides the user with 3 different filter levels. It also provides a built-in color bar test pattern which may be useful in component or system testing or in video system set-up.
